Sara Green
Sara graduated with a bachelor of education degree in 2009 and gained a TEFL certification in 2011. Over the course of career, she has specialized as a reading and literacy teacher. Since 2017, Sara has served as a literacy lead teacher for a large public school system in the UK, providing support in phonics, spelling, reading comprehension, writing and grammar. Sara loves working with primary and middle school aged children (4-12) and helping them build confidence with patience and passion.
Teaching Philosophy & Approach:
I am a flexible teacher who tailors lessons to all her students. I always have high expectations and share the critical success criteria before each session. I make my sessions fun, interactive and engaging. I use lots of hands on resources, songs and pictures to engage all ages.
