I believe that anyone can learn anything, but everyone learns differently. We all have different skill levels and individual talents, and with that, a unique perspective to offer.
My approach to teaching requires individual focus on each student. I learn about them before I teach them, and that allows me to bring out their strengths while working on their weaknesses. I feel that with this approach, the student stays more confident and interested in what they are learning.
