Elizabeth is a versatile literature and writing instructor who has taught at a number of universities and international high schools, as well as online.
Elizabeth currently teaches creative writing at John Cabot college (Rome, Italy) and Loyola Chicago University. Prior to this, she taught literature, composition, and creative writing at Keiser University, where she also headed their online writing lab.
Elizabeth is deeply passionate about reading, music, art, imagination, human rights, feminism, equal justice, and integrity.
At present, I am interested in English language modern and contemporary writing, and I particularly enjoy reading and studying the work of writers such as Denis Johnson, Patricia Lockwood, Mohsin Hamid, Junot Diaz, Sharon Olds, Joan Didion, Toni Morrison, Lydia Davis, Andre Aciman, Emma Donoghue, and many others.
