Flax Glor

Flax Glor is a multi-talented filmmaker and screenwriter who has earned accolades for his short films and narrative music videos. Flax brings a wealth of professional experience to his teaching, and has taught students across a range of ages from middle school to adult learners.
Flax holds a Master’s degree in screenwriting and creative writing and has worked as both a screenwriter and filmmaker. He is the author of “Filmmaking Simplified,” a book about filmmaking. He currently resides in Astoria, Oregon, where he works as a script analyst for a prominent Hollywood production company. Flax also teaches at a local community college and online for students all over the world.

Flax’s work has been screened at such prestigious events as the Cannes Independent Festival and the Bay Area Short Film Festival. Flax has also gained recognition as a semifinalist at the Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition and has been featured on The Red List through Coverfly.
