"My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that an adaptive and inclusive learning environment is essential for fostering student growth and success. Through my international teaching experiences, I have learned to integrate diverse cultural perspectives into my curriculum, enriching students' understanding of the global community while cultivating a sense of belonging.
I prioritize equity and organization in my classroom, utilizing goal charts and a growth mindset to create structured yet flexible learning experiences that accommodate individual student needs. My ultimate goal is to empower students by giving them the tools to think critically and adapt to a rapidly changing world. I am deeply committed to making education practical and relevant to students' lives.
Arts and extracurricular activities are also vital components of my teaching philosophy. I have always strived to create inclusive spaces where students can express themselves and develop a sense of identity. By encouraging students to pursue their interests beyond the traditional classroom, I aim to foster a well-rounded educational experience that prepares them for success in all aspects of life."
